Plus size 2X black chiffon flowy ruffled dress

There are small bows and delicate ruffles along the arm holes and neck. Dress is sleeveless and hits at the knee with a keyhole opening at the back. The dress is lined and has a semi-sheer layer on top. The brand is Zenobia but this was purchased from wet seal last year and i never got around to wearing it. Its a 2X and fits like an 18 but has no stretch.
