Plus size 3X ladies tunic blouse

Very pretty plus size tunic. It is long so it would pair well with skinny jeans, a pencil skirt, tights or leggings. Polyester/Elastane(spandex). It says hand wash but it does machine wash just fine. It is hunter green, cream, brown and black. It is a 3X but I feel that even with the stretch it runs a little bit small. It fits more like a 2X.
