I wear a 18/20 what size would I wear? Shrink when washed/dryer?

@gershoony5 polyester doesn’t usually shrink. I would wash and hang up if you’re afraid of it shrinking. I usually only hang and then dry for ten or so minutes to get the wrinkles out.
