@andreashair4u Hi sorry I just saw this question
The 3x per manufacturer is size 22/24. Just 48 -49. I took a take measure and just measured across the front and got 21 1/2 inches across front. It does look roomy though

@andreashair4u no worries I lost my tape measure had to use husbands so I hope I am right usually in the past never had an issue with their measurements..if you really like it and want to try it if it doesn't fit I will accept the return
