Plus size dress jacket

Romans gorgeous beaded, sequined 100% silk jacket with shoulder pads. It's missing size tag but roughly the measurements are around shoulder to shoulder 20 in. Armpit to armpit 28 and from neck to bottom 33 in. Maybe a 2x possibly 3x.
