Plus size tie dye dress

Measurements laying flat (inches): 41" length 19" waist 21.5" bust Sized 16 W Outer material is chiffon/crepe-like so no stretch. It is fully lined aside from the sleeves but they aren't really sheer. It does have belt loops but I lost the belt in a move.
