Plus size women’s asymmetrical black/white striped dress, EUC, size 16

This beautiful dress by Jessica Howard was worn once and dry cleaned, and has been hanging in a storage bag. Could use a refresh. It is fully lined. The bust has an inner padded shelf bra (see pic). It has an asymmetrical hemline. Perfect dress! Size 16.
