I bought these from a boutique. They are the brand Beast. They are a tan faux suede. They have faux suede fringe all around the outside. The top of the fringe matches the tan of the shoe and the bottom is more of a cognac color. Probably about 2 to 2 1/2 inch block heel. Never worn! Open to offers!
