92% Polyester 8% Elastane The body is similar to a soft velvet and is just as bright in person. This top was worn once and since then has been washed once (cold, delicate settings). I would recommend washing it separately the first time just in case the red bleeds given that it has only seen one wash. I purchased this item new and liked it for costuming but since haven't found much practical use for it. No stains, rips, or tears. Overall in excellent condition, please give her a good home :)
