Poka dot blouse with poka dots and blousiness

Apparently the first picture was so good that it was all this cute shirt needed. It’s what it looks like, though! Very fun and light. It’s probably the most conservative way to wear poka dots of this size if that’s something you’re going for. Otherwise, pair it with a paisley tutu! The shirt is red and blue but the blue is VERY close to black. I have to hold it against something black to even tell.
