Practically brand new- I took the tags off last week and wore it for two hours but it doesn’t fit me well. It’s so cute and comfy and light weight! It is oversized and would fit a medium or large comfortably! Brand is Polagram and I think I ordered from Shop Henly but I saw it at tons of boutiques such as My Sisters Closet, One Loved Babe, Roolee.. Bust is 21 inches flat
