This thermometer is preset with USDA recommended temperatures, so you can simply select the food you're cooking to set the correct target temperature. The Thermometer has a straightforward and easy to read display that shows the food type, the target temperature and the current internal temperature. The thermometer will precisely measure temperatures ranging from 32 deg - 392 deg Fahrenheit. You can sit it on a table or counter, or use the magnetic wall mount.
