huntforgold @norav10 no it's not transparent...it comes with a slip underneath (which is white in fabric on top and the base is the last beaded layer of the dress). I'll take some measurements when I get back home.

It's tricky since the dress is flowy & not a static fabric. Bust 34" Hips 44" Waist 32" Height 20" (from waist to bottom) Length 41" (from top to bottom)
