Polka Dot A-Line Dress

Dress is made for wearing top of your choice underneath. Skirt is cute and flouncy. Straps secured at the back with buttons on inside of skirt. Straps have two loops on each end for better fit. Straps do not have to be criss-crossed for wearing. Skirt area has zipper from middle of skirt to the top, as well as a hook and eye closure. Small defect on front of dress looks to be two snagged areas. Pictured above. Measurements upon request.
