Polka Dot Blouse from Express

A lightweight, comfortable, flattering blouse from Express with flowy structure and delicate polka dots! Slightly translucent. I've usually worn it on its own but it looks incredible under a blazer too. Some light makeup staining on the inside of the collar as pictured but regularly washed and ironed. Smoke-free home. Only selling because it no longer fits!
