Polka Dot Blouse with ruffled bell sleeves.

This is a cute red and cream polka dot blouse purchased from a boutique. Like new. Worn once. Washed, gentle cycle, never dried. Size not on tag but I believe it to be a size Large. (12-14) I will throw in a pair of thick leggings that I wore with it. (See photo)
