Polka Dot Border Long Sleeve Blouse

Worn a couple of times. Good condition. Care tag cut out, but no flaws. The green fabric is a soft, thin sweater-like material. Not quite an actual sweater material. It can stretch a lot. The polka dot section is a different type of fabric. No ability to stretch, but there is a slit in the front to keep it from being too tight. Approx measurements are: 18" across 28" long 17" from armpit to end of sleeve
