Polka Dot Butter Soft Leggings 🖤🤍

I ordered these because I loved the tiny polka dot print and how thick the waistband is, but I guess I'm just not a fan of the butter soft feel — I'm more of a Victoria's Secret legging kind of girl. I wish I loved them! I only put them on once to try them on. I took these measurements with them laying flat: Waist: 15" Thigh: 8" Length: 32.5"
