What a cutie this one is! Knee length, short sleeves, belt around the waist to tie bow in back or front. Very flattering and great for any summer garden party or more casual wedding. I’ve worn it with chucks or sandals but truly, anything works 😌 Navy blue with white dots. Zipper in the back.
