Polka Dot Cropped Blouse

This was one of my absolute favorite blouses! I’m just ready for something new. I wore it quite a bit but it’s still in perfect condition, the sleeves are billowy and light but very durable, and the torso portion is made of a super soft stretchy fabric. It hits right around the waist, and looks great with a pair of high-waist jeans.
