Polka Dot Dress

Vintage vibe. Coral/Peach polka dots on cream dress from Forever 21. Loose and flowing with a satin feel finish, some textured material seen in the middle, bottom, and halter ties. No padding in the cups. Only worn once. I am 5'8 and it hits right at my knees. In some lights, it looks more orange and others, pink.
