Polka Dot Dress

Flowy dusty pink polka dot dress, with elastic waist. Knee length. Top of the back is semi sheer but everything else is lined. Size petite small but runs big in the chest. It fit everywhere except the chest for me and I’m 28” waist, 34 DD. This is such a beautiful dress, I didnt want to return it even though it was too big for me but after wearing it 2X and fidgeting with the chest each time, I know I need to send it to a more suitable home. Excellent condition!
