Polka Dot Dress

polka dot blue and white dress , worn once , no size , but fits small/ 6 side zipper. pulled in middle , one button at breast , tulle slip fluffs up hem of skirt making this dress a killer when going to parties , church or on that great date. Dress gives you that Barbie Doll/ hour glass shape we all love! Missing belt , but easy to place any white or navy blue belt to add of your choice. Great condition.
