Polka Dot Dress XL/XXL

No size listed, pre loved condition, might even be hand made? I bought this for me but it’s too big. I’m a siz 12/L. I think this could easily fit an XL or XXL because the stretchy fabric at the back. Has tiny loops for a belt but no belt included. Let me know if you want measurements.
