Polka Dot Dress with Faux Layered Sleeeves & Tulle

Black with grey polka dots and attached grey long sleeves. Tie backs in matching polka dot fabric. Bottom edge is accented with a dusty pink tulle and upper waist is accented with same color velvet trim and bow with pink center gem button. Slight pilling but easily taken care of with a sweater shaver. No blemishes. Good condition with only minor pilling. Comfy fabrics.
