Polka Dot Dye Skirt

Polka dot skirt with like a tie dye effect. Worn twice, looks new. Marked size 1, but will fit size 2 also because of the stretchy waist band. I don't really want to sell this one, but I'm trying to clear out my closet of things I don't wear often enough. :/
