This is an absolutely darling dress! It features navy blue polka dot fabric throughout and a see through lace panel on the back. The lace panel stops right above your butt giving it a sexy flair. It also has a slit along one side of the dress that runs up to about your knee area. The tag with the brand and size has been removed.
