Polka Dot & Light Blue Dress, XL

This A-line chiffon dress has a polka dot top with black ribbon tie detail (can be untied & retied) in the back. The bottom is a light blue color, and is lined. Scoop neck, flutter short sleeves, elastic waist. This dress came with a faux leather elastic waist band with snap closure, but it is removable. The neckline is not elastic. Bottom of the dress hits me about 4 inches above the knee. Tags still attached! This dress is labeled XL but it runs small and feels more like a Medium!
