Polka Dot Midi Dress

NWT- bought at a local boutiques polka dot midi dress, zipper on back, super lightweight material. Deep V in front with a tie. I love this dress and bought it without trying on- I am a bit muscular and sadly this does not fit my arms! But such a cute dress
