Polka Dot Mini (Minnie Mouse?) Dress/Tunic

This A-line dress is cute and flowy! Or wear it as a Tunic! Ready for a DisneyLand or Disney World trip! I wear a Torrid 2 or 3 or a 2X/3X and fits me like a glove. 26" armpit to armpit and 36" from shoulder to hem when flat. Knee length if you are shorter, tunic length if you are tall. I'm 5'7" and it would be a long tunic/mini dress for me! 100% polyester chiffon, fully lined. New with Tags! Ask me for additional measurements or pictures.
