Polka Dot Party Dress

Fun fit and flare party dress with 3" of tulle attached to the bottom edge of the lining, peeking out of the bottom hem. Straps can be tied for a halter neck, or pinned/sewn as shown (pinned in picture). Worn twice to weddings, with both necklines. Has been dry cleaned and in plastic. Great condition.
