🌿Polka Dot Shimmer Dress in Black and White

Awesome dress!! It’s a classic white and black polka dot with a subtle shimmer fabric—so unique! The puff sleeves and open back detail are what make the dress in my opinion. Belt not included but there are loops attached to the waist so you can add your own. Worn twice. Should fit a regular women’s small as well 😊
