Polka Dot Shorts Stretchy Waist

Size XL (16/18). They’re stretchy and so comfortable. They look very nice on and are perfect for summer. Can fit many sizes because the waist is elastic. ~19 inches in length. ~ 18 inches in waist laying flat. But these are so stretchy so lots of room.
