Polka Dot Suspender Skirt

Twirly and cute blue and white polka dot suspender skirt. This is a handmade skirt that was given to me on a birthday long long ago. I was only able to wear it a few times and it is in perfect condition. It doesn't have a lining but the fabric is thick and sturdy, so a lining really isn't needed! Like new condition.
