Polka Dot Sweater

Cute sweater that I’m pretty sure came out of one of my Stitch Fix boxes years ago. I wore it a few times but it’s been in a closet for years. I don’t wear a lot of sweaters so cleaning some out. Sweater is in pretty good shape except for a few snags mainly on the sleeves and one on the back. It’s possible these snags can be pulled back through but I’m not 100% sure. Measurements in photos.
