New. Never worn. From Discovery clothing. Its a strapless polka dot tube dress in a size medium. Its black with white dots. Theres a bow on the back with a small cut out. It's a flowy dress cute for summer and spring! There is a zipper on the side. It's short, about 3 inches above my knee and I'm 5'7".
