Polka Dot V Neck Cap Sleeve Empire Waist Dress

This sassy black pot dot, pink Lollipop Star Dress sports a deep v-neck, cap sleeves, and an empire waistline. 30" at the higher waistline with some stretch, 38" armpit to armpit with some stretch. I typically wore a black tank underneath. Although the fabric is a little pilled and faded in one spot, I couldn't get that to show. It's a great casual, cute comfortable dress in the heat.
