Polka Dot Vest

Polka Dot vest. Navy blue back ground with white polk a dots. Brown distressed letter trim on bottom, collar, pockets and along both sides of the zipper. Pockets are open no zipper. Light weight material is in the pictures. It does have some padding almost like a quilt. Wore once maybe so in perfect condition. 24 in shoulder to bottom armpit to arm pit 20 in.
