Polka Dot black and white dress

This cute number is 100% rayon just below the knee, short sleeves dress from the 1980s! It’s lined on the inside and 2 layers. It zippers in the back. It’s black with white polka dots, has shoulder pads and could be worn to your office or throw on a pair of pearls and hat and head off to brunch!
