Polka Dot, brown and white Dress

Super cute brown and White polka dress with peep hole split in the middle. An attached belt to tie at the back. Puff shoulders with cute buttons on the arm. Two buttons at the rear of the neck. There a tiny smudge of makeup on the front (pictured). Im sure it’s removable I just never tried. Also, a small ink pen mark. Pictured. Only wore the dress once.
