The dress is totally sheer and 100% rayon, the slip that comes with the dress is black satin 100% polyester. Sizes very small, will fit 0/XS best. Length: 41 in. Chest: 17 in. armpit to armpit Waist (falls above your actual waist, given the Empire style): ~13 in. (measurement taken where the belt goes) Hips: ~17 in. seam to seam
