Polka dot 3/4s dress top

Black and white polka dot top. The outer fabric is sheer and stretchy. The seams where the shoulder/sleeves meet and the neck line are NOT stretchy. The body part has another layer of black stretchy fabric. The end of the sleeves and the bottom of the blouse is is stretchy. Wide neckline and ruffles on the front and back side. Size isn't listed but probably best for a size between medium and large.
