Polka dot blouse

I just love this entire look. I think it's classy yet comfy. the blouse is White House Black Market and it's very flattering. It can be worn out dancing or for a business meeting. The way it fits is slimming to me. This skirt is a perfect match too. The fabric of the blouse is very light, almost silky.
