Polka dot button down.

This shirt looks great under a cardigan or pullover sweater. Of course wearing it by itself is also an option. I'm trying to pare down my closet (and have some sort of minimalist wardrobe) and this blouse didn't make the cut. I just didn't reach for it often. But it's nicely made, although the cotton is a bit sheer. If you or a loved one likes polka dots, especially navy blue ones, this top should be yours.
