Polka dot dress

Polka dot dress! Feels high quality but I got it at Target! Worn once for a rehearsal dinner for my mothers wedding. Has a small keyhole opening under the breast area, cute but still fairly modest. Faux tie at the top and faux buttons all the way down! Double lined bottom. I am 5'5 hits me mid calf. Perfect summer dress with sandals. Has some good stretch to it...fits xs up to medium.
