Polka dot dress, black & white, size Petite from INC Macy's

Black and white polka dot long-sleeve dress from INC (Macy's) is super cute, hits at the knee, mod vibe with a silk waist belt that ties in the front or back! Marked as a size PETITE, but I've tagged it as XS since Posh doesn't have a pure Petite option and that's my size. See measurements in the photos. Polka dots are hot right now and this dress has a bold modern pattern with multiple size black dots on a white background. Black bands around the wrist and bottom hemline. In front, the mid waist is gathered and the black silk sash comes out before the edge and can be tied in the back or front. The skirt is especially cute with its flared shape.
