This a lovely dress, suitable for church, evenings out, weddings and such. The fabric is polyester but has the rich feel and soft sheen of a rough silk. Lined, pleated bodice: the skirt reverse is smooth and shiny, no transparency at all. Though the label says dry clean only, it is washable in cool water on the hand wash cycle and hung to dry, so it needs no ironing. Side zipper and thread belt loops for the self sash.
