Polka dot dress w placket

Really unique dress from a high end boutique, Love Birds. Only worn a few times. It doesn’t have a size as it’s very full and can fit most body types but I am a small and fits my shoulders/chest great. Has a hidden placket and pockets!!! Unfortunately there are 2 smudges on the front, please see pictures so you aren’t surprised when you get it !! , I don’t ever remembering seeing it while wearing it.
