Polka dot halter dress

Cute polka dot party/cocktail dress! This dress just makes me think Marilyn Monroe with the halter top and flowy bottom. Top cups are padded and gathered with 1 1/2” straps that tie behind neck. Flattering empire waist. Elastic gathered back with side Invisible zipper. 32 1/2 inches from shoulder white middle section is 4 inches wide from the bottom of the white band to the bottom is 23 inches. 95% polyester 5% spandex, machine washable. Excellent condition, this was worn once to a graduation 🎓
