Polka dot halter too size small

Cute rockabilly vibes. 90s/2000s. Little cut away under tie at bust. Buttons up front. Check pics for size info. Does not have stretch. No size listed, but I normally wear a size small and this fits. Could handle bigger boobs ( I’m a 32B for reference) but not much extra across ribcage.
